PUBLIC DEMO ACCESSRecipient attestations are recorded · demonstration access requires HomeSifter approval

A clear path to a private HomeSifter demonstration

See HomeSifter in action. Understand the opportunity. Protect the work behind it.

HomeSifter is easier to understand when you can see it work. Before we share nonpublic product features, every attendee reviews a few clear ground rules: use the demonstration to evaluate HomeSifter, keep private details private, and do not turn what you see into instructions for a competing build.

No account or invitation code is required. The access review does not require a purchase. HomeSifter separately approves and schedules every private demonstration.

The simple deal

Use the demonstration to decide whether HomeSifter is right for you—not to duplicate what makes it work.

Your public knowledge and independent work remain yours.

Two unfamiliar phrases, plainly explained

What “protected access” and “attestation” actually mean.

We use simpler words on this page. The complete agreement remains available for anyone who wants or needs the legal detail.

Protected access

Private information shared for a limited reason.

You may see nonpublic HomeSifter features so you can decide whether to use, buy, introduce, integrate with, or partner with us. You may evaluate the product, but you may not record it, redistribute it, or use it as a build guide.

Demo Access Confirmation

A clear record of who, why, and what was agreed.

The legal record may call this an attestation. In practical terms, it records who attended, the company they represent, the purpose of the demonstration, and the ground rules they confirmed.

Person + company

The attendee and the organization are addressed separately.

The person confirms how they will handle the demonstration. If authorized, that same person also confirms the company’s understanding. Claiming authority does not prove authority; HomeSifter may verify it separately.

The ground rules

What the demonstration is for—and what it is not for.

The boundary is based on how HomeSifter’s private information is used. It is not a blanket ban on competition or independent work.

Yes—this is what the demo is for
  • See how HomeSifter could help your company, team, or clients.
  • Ask questions and compare the product with your actual needs.
  • Discuss approved outcomes with people HomeSifter has authorized.
  • Decide freely whether to move forward, ask for another review, or decline.
No—this requires permission or is prohibited
  • Record, photograph, transcribe, scrape, download, or copy the private demonstration.
  • Share nonpublic details with an unnamed coworker, client, developer, consultant, vendor, or AI tool.
  • Turn the demonstration into requirements, instructions, training, or a plan for a substitute product.
  • Treat a demonstration as permission to resell, build, integrate, or represent HomeSifter without a separate agreement.

How the pathway works

Four steps from interest to a recorded request.

You see the complete rules before confirming them, and no private demonstration begins until HomeSifter approves the attendee and session.

01

Identify yourself

Enter your real name, business email, company, and role so the attestation identifies the person and organization requesting access.

02

Define the decision

State the business decision the demonstration should help you make and review the complete incorporated agreement.

03

Accept the ground rules

Read each covenant in plain and legal language, then accept and initial it individually.

04

Review and sign

Sign personally and, if authorized, for your company. HomeSifter then reviews the request and follows up to schedule approved access.

What your submission creates

Your completed entry creates a real, stored recipient attestation and a private evidence receipt. It records your request and your assent to the displayed ground rules. HomeSifter approval, countersignature where required, and demonstration scheduling remain separate next steps.

If the demonstration shows a fit

There is more than one way to work with HomeSifter.

The demonstration helps us identify the right commercial relationship without granting rights that belong in a separate agreement.

Common questions

Clear answers before you continue.

Questions about a specific invitation or proposed relationship can be addressed before the demonstration.

Does the confirmation require me to buy anything?

No. It protects the demonstration. A pilot, subscription, partnership, or integration requires a separate written agreement.

Can I share the demonstration with my team or clients?

Only people named and approved for the session may attend. Anyone else must complete their own access confirmation first.

Can I keep working on my own ideas?

Yes. Public information, prior work, and genuinely independent development remain yours. The restriction is on using HomeSifter’s private information or access to create or assist a substitute.

Why confirm both the person and the company?

The attendee confirms how they personally will handle the demonstration. An authorized company representative separately confirms the company’s role and responsibility.

For people ready for the details

Read the complete agreement before confirming access.

The friendly explanation helps you understand the practical boundary. The complete document contains the detailed terms incorporated into the recipient attestation.
